Kollel Learning Update

B”H the Kollel has finished learning Meseches Niddah. This mesechta deals with family purity laws, labor and childbirth, miscarriage, and other related topics. We have carefully worked through the relevant gemaros, the Shulchan Aruch as well as contemporary poskim, and acquired an in-depth understanding of the Halachos.

Our next project will be to tackle the topic of Eiruvin. That mesechta deals with Halachic walls, joining the public domain and all the steps necessary to allow us to carry through the streets and courtyards on Shabbos.

We also plan iy”H to study the halachos of Techumin, which deals with measuring the city limits to determine how far one may walk on Shabbos.
